Tummy Tuck Abdominoplasty

Sculpting the abdominal area.

Abdominoplasty aims to sculpt and improve the appearance of the abdomen, boosting your mood and self-confidence. By removing excess skin and fat while simultaneously tightening the muscles, the abdominal area is reshaped to become flatter and firmer, leading to a youthful and aesthetically pleasing result.

It is an ideal procedure for both men and women who experience abdominal laxity after significant weight loss, pregnancy, or aging, and wish to create a renewed version of themselves.

THE PROCEDURE

Abdominoplasty is a highly popular procedure that addresses skin excess, muscle separation (diastasis recti), and stubborn localized fat. Most often, it is performed in conjunction with Liposuction, although it can also be a standalone procedure.

Full Abdominoplasty: The incision is strategically placed along the bikini line to remain as discreet as possible. It is ideal for those with significant skin laxity, localized fat, and muscle separation, typically chosen after pregnancy or massive weight loss.

Mini Abdominoplasty: Suitable for milder cases of skin laxity where significant muscle separation is not present. It is designed for individuals close to their ideal weight. The incisions are smaller, and the recovery time is shorter compared to a full tummy tuck.

COMBINED PROCEDURES

Abdominoplasty is frequently combined with other treatments for a total body rejuvenation. It is an integral part of the Mommy Makeover and Massive Weight Loss Makeover. It can also be combined with Renuvion technology for maximum skin tightening, as well as Breast Lift surgery.

HOLISTIC APPROACH

We embrace a holistic philosophy for optimal results, as success depends on more than just surgical technique. Proper preparation and recovery are vital:

Nutrition: Rich in antioxidants and proteins for faster tissue repair.

Supplements: Vitamins, amino acids, Omega-3, and collagen to strengthen the skin and connective tissue.

Lifestyle: Quality sleep and stress management.

Recovery Therapies: Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), LED therapy, and lymphatic drainage.

RECOVERY DETAILS

Early Mobilization. Bed rest should be kept to a minimum. Patients are encouraged to stand up and walk even on the day of surgery to promote circulation.
Initial Appearance. Initially, the abdomen will appear swollen, and there may be a sensation of numbness in the area. Both symptoms will gradually subside within a few days.
